OT- I'm reading your post thinking "man, he hasn't mentioned Jeter ONCE"...and then, BLAMMO....hey, Florida got a pretty good one too!

Many good points...but Yankees can be 2-3 times as stupid and still be near/at top...that's not necessary..

Your 3rd team in NY (and Steinbrenner/Mets owner) get bounty...sounds like a great equaling idea to me...and fair too...but they'd never go for it

Any thoughts on BBBY? They announced an aquisition and are down pretty sharply. PE of 40 seems a little steep.
