Sure hasn't ended here in FL. On top of that most people now are buying houses with the idea they can flip it in a couple years and make big money. So much for the idea that you get all those tax breaks to promote "home ownership". Who knows how long this greater fool theory can play?
If rates go lower a whole new round of refi can take place. No job, who cares.
