Mike,

the neighbor is a property appraiser. said she was on the phone for 2 hrs with a guy that was crying, "Going to loose my home if you don't raise the apprasial so I can refinance!". "At least raise it enough so that I can take out a 2nd mtg. & then I can at least make a couple of months payments on the 1st until I get a job!".
