Average working people often pay higher taxes than the rich.
When I was "rich" (top tax rate) I paid no more than 25% with all my write-offs. Average working people get up to 40% taken out their paychecks before they even get the money. That's why Bushie tax plans are so unfair. And they lied through their teeth saying average families get $1000. That's averaging in Bill Gates and all the zillionaires. The average family gets about $110, plus higher state and local taxes which offset it, and a higher percentage of the overall taxes to pay in the future. The rich get off easy. Can even protect their billion dollar estates and pass them on to a new class of permanent billionaires who don't have to contribute anything to society.
