What does exist is a welfare package for the rich. The top one percent, many of whom live on dividends and stock sales, benefit far more than most Americans who are paid hourly. Among their benefits are reduced income taxes, dividend exclusions and capital gains benefits I hate to tell you this, Sylvia, but no matter how many times you socialists spout this bullshit, a reduction in tax rates (ie: keeping more of your own money out of the hands of government looters) is not welfare. Will you loonie lefties ever learn that words have precise meanings, no matter how much you spin and distort the facts???
