Perhaps, if he can get to it without being shot. For the other, that is easy. First, it would have shown that the United States was basically correct. Second, he was afraid that we would nuke Baghdad.......

And there is still the question that continues to go begging.....why didn't he use his WMD on our troops??

1. Speed of Assault.
2. Successful psyops (on the commanders)
3. Unwillingnesss to lose support of the Axis of Weasel who he counted on to halt the invasion....
