Who is the fool that would lend?
When does charity gain interest?
How much is enough?

Seems like a gambler's addiction doesn't it?

This country is also overrun with guys that have been handing out mortgages like graffiti. Not only that, the TV networks are absolutely over run with adverts for personal loans.

Yes, some of the blame can be placed on the doorstep of the sheeple who fall for this mega scam, where money is loaned out just by printing a number on a sheet of paper in a ledger book, but I also see the loan industry as culprits here.

All should be made to pay. In fact...

What's going to happen when the Banks, Fanny Mae etc have several million cases of "stressed loans" on their books??

Got lawyers? Invest in courtroom building extension futures??

I think the individuals determined to fight back from BK will be able to do so. The loan industry are going to be up to their eyeballs in work just processing the cases where the defendants just want to lie down and let the bankruptcy court take over proceedings.
