I think the way it works is the Bush Administration gives foreign aide to Israel, where after some of the aide is funneled back to trusted Jewish GOP bag men within the Republican Jewish Coalition, delivering large Republican Party and campaign contributions to the Bush team, all in the guise of pro-Israel political pressure. Interesting "Conspiracy Theory." I think the aid is too transparent for this to happen. Remember, the money flow really started big time under Carter. Bush has got so much money pouring in that they don't need to do this type of graft. It would kill them if is came out. Remember the China money under Clinton.
