You are right. Sometime panic sell means good time to buy. The last few days I picked up some PVE below $10.80 which I considered a good buy. Another example is SFK.UN. We all knew that the business is link to US$ and the business is no better than the hotel REIT and the dividend is much better than Abitibi, so I decided to pick up a small position to see what happen next. As for the hotel business, SARS, Terrorist,& Mokeypox will not go away forever. Once the economy pick up and we know more about the viruses then people will travel again.
