Well, I play OEX options a bit differently than I do equities. I go far OTM with these, whereas with equities I usually buy just ITM. I've been doing them this way for several years. When I'm right, I make big % returns with the OEX. Doubles aren't unusual at all in a matter of a couple days. At the same time, being far OTM, the premium tends to go away in a hurry (of course, it comes back in a hurry if the mkt turns around). I usually do this sort of OEX trading with my play money, so I don't lose too big. But, this time, a bad play could cause me to miss a house payment. That is, if I had a house payment <GGG>.
