I gather from your description of the Capital Gang that it is Kate O'Bierne who called the matter of murder partisan. She's a witch. A loser in the game of decency. She has the conscience of a crocodile, the morals of a mongoose and the legal sense of a lemming. When it comes to hypocrisy, she's a hydra-headed henchwoman.
