PoolPlayer,

That looks like a great device you have there.

How does it work?

Does it look for a change in water level? Does it somehow
sense ripples in the water?

Is it wireless?

Or does it send its signal over a wire to an alarm panel.

Have you been marketing this product to the alarm system
suppliers/distributers? Seems like a nice add-on for
installers to make a buck off of. Can it attach to their
panel like a smoke alarm or motion detector where they can
set it as a specific zone?

Or is it a stand alone system with a base unit in the house?

Can you make one that operates like a baby monitor?
Wirelessly with a base station. Sell them in Toys R Us,
Walmart, Pools stores, and anyplace with baby stuff. I
suppose it would be difficult to get all that going.

Besides, yours seems like a top end item. Higher profit
margins perhaps.

I'm sure one ad in one of those baby magazines that new
mothers read would help the product sell fast...

Does the unit have a float inside or does it read water
levels electronically somehow? Just wondering. I dig
gadgets and how they work.

Nice job!
