I have never seen any evidence that Saddam kicked out inspectors in 1998. Instead they left on their own accord, having been frustrated in their efforts to find weapons (apparently because Saddam ordered them destroyed three years earlier).

This is an example of propaganda by repetition. By chipping away at the little details the propagandist can shape the bigger issues.
