Inflation would help tapped-out homeowners naplesnews.com the size of the cut hasn't mattered for the last 175 basis points. people are refinancing at 3 to 5 percent. guess another word for deflation is too much competition, which is exactly what low rates induce by propping zombie companies.

Jim,McM,re:"AG..". AG is the engine behind the war. The war isn't going to be over anytime, so expect at least another 3-10 years of low-rates until something blows up, or popped. First time I went to see a new house builder, same old shit, but price up 50-100% compare to 2-3 years ago. The logic you can "afford" a better/bigger house, is a myth(lie). AG has to funnel money to support the war, the middleEast peace plan and that is 'LONG TERM PROJECT'. Someone in the future is going to pay for all this that Bush is chosen to do for God.

No matter how much AG pump liquidity into the system, it just disappeared into the Elites' pocket book, the McPalaces... Something fishy going in that house (color=white). The country is being turned into a 'military power house' in order to ........ Mercy ! Please, AG, no more money. Just make sure it doesn't go to the 'BLACK HOLES'. We don't need more McPalaces, well, maybe AG and his circle need them.
