Bushies resort to hiring mercenaries to patrol Iraq now. If we had given inspectors 3 more weeks and gotten UN support (Chile said to give it 3 more weeks only and they would support a 2nd resolution) then UN peacekeepers would be free. Now once again, unilaterialism is costign US tax-payers, 250 million a year for foreign mercenaries.
