Of course they are, Noel. By definition. Zionism is Jewish nationalism - the support of a Jewish state in the land of Israel. To be anti-Zionist is to be against the state of Israel.

Now, some anti-Zionists are not at all anti-Semitic. For example, those ultra-Orthodox who believe that it was sacriligeous for Jews to set up a state themselves, they should have waited for the Messiah to do it. These haredim are anti-Zionists without being anti-Semites. But they are against the state of Israel, and those who are Israeli citizens must decide on their own accomodation to the existing state. Some go so far as to demand Palestinian id cards.
