The issue has more to do with regard were you want to keep your extra cash than how you sell your oil.

At the moment the sentiment reversed dramatically with regard to the USD.

The big question is what happen with all the worries of trade balances and growing budget deficit in the US that fueled the last USD sellout....... all of a sudden they are all ignored

IMHO the volatility is a direct result of the FED flooding the market with USD and some very serious political pressure on the USD sellers.

There were no real economic developments to justify a 4% drop in the EUR ....... the same as there were no real economic reasons for the fast rise of the EUR during May.

All economic news were as expected more or less for close to a month ........ except teh dramatic rise of the US stock market
