Many appear to be ready to cash in as earnings reality about to hit. Now that they have crushed many option holders the market will have less pressure.(support?)
If the 3/8 retrace holds I think the market is crazy drunk?

Hi Ron,

I'm not so sure that is ominous - more like predictable.

The foreclosures where in the subprime credit areas. We sell quite a few used cars in the subprime area.

Let's face it these people have a history of not paying. With rates going down many mortgages are dirt cheap. So bankers are tempted to look to subprime as a higher yield loan - in a low yield world.

This is very dangerous work.I don't doubt that some can do it,but it generally only works out for those who have disciplined follow-up programs.GM does this in the car world. They only attempted it after finding out who has the best followup system. They then went out and bought them and THEN got into subprime.

The bought Nuvell. Nuvell calls the day before the loan payment is made,as a reminder. It works very well.

For those who just make loans and then hope that the deadbeats pay - well this statistic will be theirs.

With motgages being so easy (as the money is) this will be a bi product of those who don't pay attention.

JMHO
