I am not sure if you can make it with only 28% rutile in a sandstone. Real variables here are depth, associated minerals, thickness, grain/release size, or monazite association. Is it radioactive rutile?

It may have been a 6 inch width of some bed.. near a shopping mall, next to the town water resevoir. Still we could move Kingston. I don't think anyone is doing anything important there.

Find me a beach on an ocean that is 10% rutile for 100 miles long and 1 mile out to sea. I will retire there and surf with a dragline tied to my board.
