But they bailed out 100% of ALL deposits, no matter how many millions they were. As to the stock, by bailing out depositors, while equity was washed out in the recapitalizations, the BOND Holders were rescued by the taxpayers (sound familar?) "How is it, do you think, that the economic growth rate has been robust for most of this period?" >>> What's a Trillion dollar debt, when spread out over 50 years? (Hint your grandchildren will still be paying interest on the debt.)
