Trailing Edge Tech. Win2k update with McAfee 5.1x VirusScan update.

I have a long history of McAfee and Win2k updating. Cutting a long story short. It didn't. Rather then wipe out 100+megs of updates though, I looked at McAffe Website, under "downloads"

download.mcafee.com

Was able to update to VirusScan 6.0+ as a freebie (as far as I can tell). Also got a Firewall as a combined package. Can also use this on Win XP. Looks like an excellent deal.

Don't forget to use the "superdat" updates rather then allow the system try and go through 180+ virus update patches..
