Convertible Bonds Will Undercut GM Stock
Monday June 23, 3:11 pm ET

By James J. Cramer,

General Motors (NYSE:GM - News) has to be sold here until we find out exactly how much the convertible arbitragers have to lay out against their newfound paper.

I can't stand to be in these stocks ahead of the pricing. It drives me nuts. You don't know whether these manic short-sellers have to sell millions of shares or tens of millions of shares. All you know is that they have to sell it, so why should you stand there and take it? The chances that this stock will be higher after the pricing are slim to none.
