Atta did not meet in Prague in 2001, he was in the US. Though it is possible he met in 2000. As you can see from the story though, trying to prove this gets very murky and the source is notoriously flakey. What is easy to prove is that he was not in Prague in 2001, because his travel documents prove he was in the US at the time.

Let's just say it's a big stretch to link Saddam and Al Qaida, and that the only stories about links are highly questionable. Yet Cheney said it was FACT. Looks like he was using one source and ignoring all the others Is that lying? Yes and no. But the bar should be high for these kinds of assumptions when war and thousands of lives and hundreds of billions of dollars are on the line. Don't you agree?
