C2, there have been grass eating methane belchers for umpty million years and swamps for a billion and swamps produce methane. That methane has gone somewhere, so we can assume there's a sink for it. It doesn't just accumulate in the air.

Also, I don't believe there is a greenhouse effect worth worrying about.

Even if there is, NZ going on about sheep is, to use a colloquial phrase, farting against thunder. Americans are roaring around in monster SUVs pouring more greenhouse gas per second into the air than we'll do with a few centuries of sheep belching and flatulence. Americans are notoriously large and consume notorious amounts of food, so even the methane content of the interior of the SUVs would make our sheep's effort look puny. Note cool apostrophe on sheep's.

Americans aren't signing up to greenhouse gas controls. NZ is like a mouse among tyrannosaurs.
