Yes, either video.c-span.org:8080/ramgen/fdrive/iraq_wj062303_judis.rm or just all of the wj062303.rm video.c-span.org:8080/ramgen/edrive/wj062303.rm (click ctrl-I, Information,on the real-video screen) The only problem, after that date-code, is figuring out on what drive CSPAN will archive the stuff, edrive or fdrive as in this case, they are pretty random. OK.
