hey, give me credit, I didn't paint him as dead set on full-scale colonization, and admitted that I don't know exactly what he's thinking<g>. I agree that he's made some surprising, and to me encouraging, moves recently--that recent statement about occupation being a major case in point, as has been his willingness to uproot anything at all. But he's dragged his heels and hedged his bets enough in other ways as to make him hard to read, at least for me. So my verdict is: jury's still out... tb@we'llsee(ornot).com
