--- The issue here is not that you CAN'T create an --- unflattering (or otherwise) painting of a person...any --- person, its that you CAN'T profit from it w/o the --- persons (who you've painted) permission. You guys just don't get it! Your interpretation would allow free speech as long as you stay in a closet and talk to yourself. The most this thread goes on, the more AP appears to me to deserve the ridicule which he has attracted. Anyone who wants can paint a picture of him with Donkey ears and put it on a T-shirt -- AND sell the T-shirt. It's just a visual way of saying that AP reminds them of a certain animal -- fairplay, even if the T-shirt seller makes money. - Charles
