I agree. . . particularly regarding the products and/or services of an unwanted suitor. When it comes to M&A, "relations" are properly focused on shareholders, & if applicable, DOJ. I think any harm to company's public image is unfortunate, but should be viewed as unavoidable collateral damage.

I still think Oracle has a quality problem in apps and the industry knows it. Its all over computerworld, you know the 5000 patches for the CRM product.
