From what I hear, Davis added so many people on the state rolls he could fire half of them and no one would notice.

Plus Davis would cut firefighters jobs to save jobs for sex change surgeons. He knows his base.

The mess is almost as bad in Texas and other states. And no other state was targeted by the Enron Bushie boys like California was. Biggest ripoff in history. Can't deny that, can you?
