Haim, "violating this trendline, which will indicate lower prices"

Maybe that's true in a very general hypothetical sense, but if that happens here watch for a fakeout that ends up being a bear trap. Most here on this board (both the bulls and bears) feel we're currently in a 4 with a 5 up to go.

That trendline can be violated and still indicate higher prices when you're waiting for the 5th wave up.

Haim,

Here's your trend line... it shows we're sitten pretty good

We can agree that the name of this game is to be surefooted on the right trend.
The market likes to leap frog over peoples perceptions of where they think market should be and where they think it's going. Have you been long since March... some one has....!

The weasels are doing their weekly larceny and may want to close a gap at 950

Personally speaking masticating about PE's, Fed policy, PE Ratios, and other psychosomatic ills is not my game.

But inflation is very low as shown buy the Agricultural Index

Techically the DOW sell off to a 50% retrace is as good place as any place to launch a strong bullish trend.

Finally the over all market as shown by the VLE has been a major place to put money..., as the small to midsize folks are reaping the full benefit of low interest rates, even if money is hard to get from other folks.

With its Price Relative to INDU... the VLE is a true example of the underlying strength of the investor interest. BTW...the chart shows a very bullish Megaphone.

I will concede the monthly charts are not yet out of the technical woods, as they are up against the Gann 25, but I remain Happily Long within this Bullish trend.
