GGL Diamond Corp (C-GGL) - News Release GGL Diamond arranges $1.35-million financing GGL Diamond Corp GGL Shares issued 43,722,510 Jun 24 2003 close $ 0.39 Tuesday June 24 2003 News Release Mr. Raymond Hrkac reports GGL ANNOUNCES FINANCING OF UP TO $1,350,000 GGL Diamond has arranged a financing of up to $1.35-million by way of a private placement of up to three million common shares at 45 cents per share to close on or about July 18, 2003. The subscription proceeds will be used by the company to cover corporate, regulatory and administrative costs, to provide funds to carry out exploration programs on the company's properties and for working capital. The company will pay a cash finder's fee of 8 per cent of the subscription proceeds. The financing is subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.
