I think that the future bias and the language of the statements will determine how the market reacts for the next week or two.

If they paint a cloudy picture for the future, cut by .50 and keep an easing bias, the reaction in stocks could be pretty bad. More encouraging language, a .25 cut and a neutral bias and the reaction could be very good.

Practically everyone they interview on cmbs says the market has come too far too fast. blah, blah But it's always going to just be a correction rather than a major top.

Then again, I see a lot of individual stocks that have made nice fivers from the highs and that makes me think that the end may be near.

Trying to figure out who to fade is even harder than just trading so most of the time I don't bother.

Nobody around here seems to have noticed that csco is melting btw.
