Why not? I've told Dobry very specifically, and a great many times, that I am NOT involved in any criminal activities. He's failed to come up with any evidence suggesting that I am. I'd call that "reckless" at best, which fits the definition of "malice". In addition, I have reason to believe that he got reports from one or more private investigators informing him that his allegations were wrong, and yet he continued, and continues to make those allegations. I'd say that's MORE than "reckless". And hello, Chris!! Good to hear from you.
