That's what I meant when I said that I'd clearly warned Dobry, many times, that what he was posting about me wasn't true. I think he got the same answers from his investigators.

Soooo, I'd say he did it all with a whole lotta scienter.

Mr. Elgindy must show that Mr. Dobry KNOWINGLY posted his falsity.

One of my favorite sayings in relation to a select group of people I've met here on the message boards is: "You can't have a rational discussion with an irrational person."

Quick example...

Gary Dobry apparently still contends the "Janice Shell" who posts on message boards is nothing more than an alias used by money laundering stock market con artists (which, btw, he, obviously erroneously, contends includes me). Years ago he was so convinced the "actual" Janice Shell was someone who lived in a trailer park in Texas that he got Hitsgalore to include that person in their "basher" lawsuit. Subsequently he then launched a similar campaign against a government worker in Sacramento (which, I'm told, scared the heck out of her). More recently he convinced a (now apparently ex) friend to send a PI over the Italy to disprove Janice lived there. This despite being given proof of Janice's art history publications, and the testimony of reporters, photographers, and others who had met her personally.

So, is the above an example of how "Mr. Dobry KNOWINGLY posted his falsity"? Assuming one is a pathological liar or mentally ill, does that meet the legal definition of "knowingly"? I honestly don't know.
