There was also the problem that supposedly Chappy had a bad shoulder and there were questions on how he could have swam that far plus all those heroic dives Chappy made trying to rescue her. Just between you, me and the fence post, if Chappy swam down to the car, it was to get that brick off the accelerator he had put on there. Chappy had to wait a while until her bubbles stopped coming up to make sure she was dead. I think it was pre-meditated murder and Chappy got away with it in this life.
