Similarly, RPM, which recently took a hit over increased asbestos concern, caught a bit of a bounce on developments being 'Hatched' in Congress...but it was subdued compared to USG & Armstrong. Alex Berenson has a balanced piece in the NYT today 'New Deal Moves Asbestos Trust Over Big Hurdle' nytimes.com
Some of these asbestos stocks [not RPM] are acting like this legislation is a done deal [It's not] and that asbestos liabilities will be wiped out [no way].
