State and local tax hikes will rise under Bush. Plus energy prices are greater under Bush. Plus we get stuck with trillions in new debt and deficits. So his tax cuts are really just credit card "spending". He'd do better to give that money to the states to balanc their books, especially to California which drives our economy more than any other state. But California gets no help from Bush ever. In fact just the opposite.
