Gottfried, You know this time around there was a very noticeable clamor by the TV analysts that stocks had run too far. That tech prices were unjustified, that one should sell in May, etc.... And with all that drum down-beat, there really have been extremely few earnings pre-warnings. And none from large high-revenue companies - like Cisco, or Intel, or Dell. Or your new favorite channeling stock, Microsoft. Of course raising cash is always good. But I think we're not yet done with the rally. Good luck as always with your trading. I'm waiting for a good run-up for the earnings season. Sarmad
