If Bushies bust Ken Lay I will be shocked. But I hope they do. No one deserves life in prison more. He makes Martha Stewart look like a jaywalker.

I don't expect anything to happen to Ken Lay. He was stupid. Stupidity is not a crime. Anyone who looks at Lay's stock buys and sells sees the story of a true believer who lost his shirt. I believe in reality in the last few years Lay was a figurehead leader and did not pay attention to the details. He was had just like every other investor.
