There is a huge difference, both morally and legally, between being stupid/naive and thus having a crime commited against you, and acting in a criminal manner.

Amen. By the way, considering some of the apologist statements made tonight, I'll say this: I would think it is quite a stretch for anyone to call someone who believes in the words "fiduciary duty" naive. If it was a-ok to go out and take advantage of every trusting, honest person of integrity in this world, what kind of world would be living in? You really want that?

Furthermore, if you read the Complaint, you'll see that even professionals were taken in by this scheme, it was quite brazen.
