I 've dropped about 3-4% of NAV since the peak on June 11, the day after Sir Alan talked about the natural gas crisis.

Saw gains of 2-4% that day in many of my positions.
I'm thinking about adding more Royalty trusts.

a.Handbag on the Canadian Reits thread is going to wait until after Thursday, when many go ex-dividend.

Sounds good to me. We should also have a big storage build number released then -maybe we get statements like "the NG crisis is exaggerated"

Too many players making US Dollar decline bets.

Maybe we need to wait until September for this game to work.

Saw an article saying Canadian exports were starting to be hurt by the higher loonie.

<CAD, gold, AUD, Euro retracement is a much bigger problem ;0/>

I'm off to the left coast of Canada in the morning for the remainder of the summer... will try to support CAD for you. Looking at RE again.

Still think we're there for a while. Also still thinking more upside LT. Canadian growth forecast now at 2.2% instead of 3.2%. Should be clearer nearer the summer's end I guess.

Nice trade on CRESY.

regards
Kastel
