Well rejek, he's state department and not CIA and anonymous sources say this guy is an expert.. LOL... I love how NY times calls the State Department and Intelligence Service. LOL... And this guy is a Top person... LOL... I note no one published any of his credentials other than just one more civil servant. A TOP civil servant. Likely another technology ignoramus with an attitude and so right in his ignorance.
