I can tell you that I am now in full control of these claims, and am representing them to the best of my ability -though I am not a member of the Bar

It seems to me you are prone to ego or self destruction issues. Going up against powerful lawyers and not being one yourself, while posting about the defendants seems risky to me IMO.

I wonder if it is in that same spirit that you opened up your own stock chat room and charged several hundred dollars a month for YOUR picks as I recall, at, around or just after the time you were losing millions? The main difference being that instead of leading a chat room this time, you are leading a potential class action. What made you think that your advice was so valuable, after trading in the manner you had traded, and how could you justify taking so much money from people to sell your advice considering your track record? I think your service was 2500.00 dollars a month if I recall, right? I am not saying this to make you look bad but I truly wonder what made you start selling your trading advice under the circumstances. Am I missing something here? I think there are lessons that can be learned here and would truly like to know the answers to these questions.

thanks,
Oz

Edit. I found the link to an old post that has a link to your website.
