Not sure about that. To get low rates, the Fed has to buy bonds a high prices which pumps money into the system. That money then goes looking for another home- -which is likely to be another bubble, maybe in RE, maybe in stocks.

I think they can have an effect at this point, but not a good one.

Thoughts?
