Though clearly motivated by politics, these attacks have circulated enough to warrant a serious review of the main facts surrounding the former dictator's deadly arsenal and U.S. efforts to eradicate it since the Baathist regime was removed from power. You are ridiculous in your smugness. Yes, Saddam had WMD in 1992.....Mr. Bush Sr. and Mr. Reagan helped him amass them. However, it is very apparent that he does not have them now nor did he have them when we attacked Iraq. Only an idiot and Mr. Bush still claim he did. In fact, that's why Mr. Bush dragged us into war. Every foolish conservative in this country points to the same article or one similar to the one you posted. What the article is asserting is WMD did exist in 1992 or 1998 but what its doesn't want to acknowledge is that they don't exist anymore 1) because its an embarrassment to your president,and 2) because after 3 months, we haven't found any. And forget the bull that Iraq is as big as CA. Well, clueless ones......the war was predicated on WMD existing in 2003, not 1992 and not 1998!! The truth was there for your president to see and he ignored it so he could start a war. That's why people are pissed off. Only a conservative rag from the Carolinas and Georgia would still make that claim. Its ridiculous. No wonder you all are out of the loop.
