Delay says we shouldn't be regulating industry. Last time they got their wish on that we had 1) the S+L debacle 2) The phony Enron energy crisis Total cost to Americans of those two deregulation scandals, some 400 billion dollars. We need to regulate Delay. A very corrupt man.
