Cold Fusion was supposed to be a fusion reaction that took place at room temperature (or just a little higher)

Nothing like the temperatures inside a H-Bomb ..

The kinds of reactions that most of the places listed were looking at producing a controlled reaction where those kind of temperatures (H-Bomb) were being produced at pinpoint locations and very very small amounts of fuel.
