thx for the kudos, - IMHO you needn't be worried - it seems that your newsfeed provider didn't "link" the INS-PRDS press release to the correct companies.

I do see PRDS affected but not INSS (Insci) - In fact I perfectly understand your reservations. While Insci's business looks quite appealing IMHO, consultung companies are never a good proposition for investors to own - I may be overly critical against this business model but practicing as an IT consultant myself I get the impression that consulting firms are here for the benefit of partners and personnel and not of investors..

the PR conveys a reverse merger of INS into PRDS. Insci doesn't seem to be involved..

if I were you I'd call up INSCI's customer service telephone number or their general investors' line and ask this question again..
