Ken,

I know exactly what type of firm this is. Looking at their track record you can tell how they operate. The key here is I do not believe the gap is going to be a big problem. The stock gapped up from the .60 area to around 1.0. It has since traded over 2M shares in the .90-1.20 range. With a float of 3M they have basically turned it over in this area. Any buying pressure probably takes it up considerably from here. The kicker is I would not buy if I didn't think the fundamentals existed. They are around break even with their two biggest quarters coming up. I think sales will be around 25M which is twice this years and they should make money. It looks pretty good and with the right press releases which if you noticed the company has been doing a lot of they could drive this to between 3-5 very quickly. Thats my theory. Its not the first stock who has hired people to help promote them. TRIB has done it for the last year and they have moved nicely.

Joe
