<Do you still want to buy a house there? No, you want to buy a house like everyone else in a place where the houses are getting more expensive.>

Lots of folks want to know:

1.) How far is my walk to work.

2.) How close to the school I want to send my kids to.

3.) Crime.

To say everyone's number one goal is to buy where they think houses will "go up" is not only simplistic, but untrue. That is down on the list for many people.
